Stephen and I went on a mid week camping trip this past week...just the two of us! Right smack dab in the middle of the week! We had a wonderful time...campfires, camp cooked meals, games of Yahtzee and cards, exploring the woods of Stone Mountain National Park (NC not GA), driving the Blue Ridge Parkway and enjoying all the glorious views of changing leaves. It was definitely a good idea :)
What stunning views! Quality time sounds great, the views are lovely, but the word 'camping' was an issue for me.... ;-)

ReplyDelete* Courtney, That means so much to me. Stephen and I had several "older" couples that were role models for us early in our marriage. It's just hard to believe we are an "older' couple lol
