Tonight we're having oysters, scallops and swordfish so thought I'd share a link for searing scallops. Be sure you make sure the scallops are Super dry before putting in the pan.

DeleteThose croissants look amazing, but like Alexa, I darent think how many calories are in them. But I guess the healthy raspberries on the side compensate for all that eh?!
ReplyDeleteIf you add fruit it definitely does but they would be too rich for me and I can't stand raspberries. I do think I know a few people that would eat it if I made it :)
DeleteIn college my friends and I would put Nutella inside cresent rolls and eat them as a study snack. Crazy good!
