Simply a Moment

We look to the field house end of the stadium and see the 500 graduating seniors lined up. The Chosen One uses the zoom lens and quickly finds the two of you.

As much as the Pirate Girl doesn't embrace her hair (which I adore) her hair makes it easier for us to find you and track you as you move quickly onto the field.
I don't understand the white flags ya'll appear to be whipping around in the air, it looks like you are surrendering.

I love that ya'll are holding hands!

You look so happy, so in the moment and the Pirate Girl is bubbling over with joy.

Now,you look as if you are pointing right at me, showing the Pirate Girl where to look.

A photographer from the media comes by and has your group pose for a shot...hmmm, wonder how I get my hands on that shot?

Then the fever pitch is reached as the senior ECU football players take the field running through a tunnel of their graduating classmates, high fiving you.

As you are directed off the field the two of you are holding hands. You run, laughing and loving that you are Pirates. Me loving that you are my Pirates.

    1. Sian, I did, they were commemorative towels that said something along the lines of graduating and being a pirate forever. Extremely cheap material, the Pirate was not impressed with their free gift.
