So this is my thought for using paper plates at Sunday lunch today. We had three couples come over after church for food and fellowship and yes, I served them on paper plates!!! I called and asked the eldest sister if it would be tacky and was assured it was not lol It was all about my decorating scheme, neither my good china or everyday would work @@ Won't say I'll make it a habit but wow was clean up a breeze!
So, our plan is to get back to entertaining on a regular basis. We both enjoy it but had gotten burned out for a variety of reasons. I think we are back to the mojo. We already have 3 more couples coming this Saturday night, no, this will not become a weekly thing lol

I agree, Beverly. If something as simple as using paper plates makes it easier for you to entertain more often I say go for it! Your table looks lovely, and the menu sounds amazing!
