This one is finished and given but I have got to get the remaining clipboards
on "the list" finished!
The deck of cards for my special valentine's project arrived so need to get started on it.
Found this deck of cards at Joanne's for $2.50 for 2 decks ....perfect for a little project
for 2 special people.
I'll just stop there and say there are four more prompts and I haven't even settled on my one sketch. At first I was struggling because so many sketches use just one photo and I really like to have 2,3,4 pics in a layout and I don't like to deal with printing different sizes. By the time I had found some potential sketches I had seen some of the prompts and started looking at the sketches with a critical eye in relation to the assignments....I would have been better off having chosen a sketch when I was supposed to so the hope is this week, i pick it and catch up!
What do you need to get done in the next week from your creative "to do" list? Hope you have a glorious time doing it!
Oh goodness, I have several things I need to get done, including altering six clipboards before Monday evening! I better get to work.
ReplyDeleteI love the card sets!!! Can't wait to see what you do with them.
ReplyDeleteThere's two different card sketches out there I want to play with. Plus, I want to finish the "Faces 101" class. And I want to paint some blocks and finish a to-go cup I have sitting on my desk - oh my that's five already!

I love your unusual/vintage decks of cards. I have many things on my creative to do list, although none of really *need* to be done, I just want to. A Cath Kidston bag, a Clothkits skirt, a way of presenting my Faces from Mel's swap. These are the ones that spring to mind first!
ReplyDeleteLike you I prefer more than one photo on a page....and I need to make some more pages for my 'Just one sketch' class.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have to make a start on my sketch class layouts - so many projects, so little time! Have fun with yours
ReplyDeleteI'm still trying to find time to read Lesson One of my Layering Styles class. Lesson 2 is posted tomorrow,
ReplyDeleteThose vintage cards look lovely - intrigued to see what you are going to do with them!
