a peek at my week

a peek at the week of february 16th

*a birthday dinner for my baby brother in law
*a funeral for a friend's daddy
*an unexpected visit with The Pirate
*the coiled rag bowl and quilting continued...arthritic thumbs allowing
*dinner for a friend whose husband is recovering from an illness
*an overdue dinner with old friends
*a belated celebration lunch with the family for the Special Sister's birthday...snow and ice postponed the original date
*our first dinner with our Breaking Bread dinner group

ohmygoodness, it looks as my week revolves a lot around food but it is also fellowship in all regards ;)

a peek into my glorious life!

  1. You would see me enjoying a week off work, as it's half term holidays here. So much sewing and meeting up with friends and no 8am drives in traffic to get to work. Happy days!

  2. That is a lot of food! It's supposed to be in the 50s here this week so I am hoping for everyone to have school all week!

  5. I'm so sorry about your friend's father to whose funeral you are going but otherwise, it sounds as if you have a wonderful week planned.
I'm longing to see your rag bowl and quilting!

    1. I am too, lol. I have arthritis in my thumbs and they are making the completion of the rag bowl a very drawn out process. The quilting goes much smoother :)
