The Height of Summer

Julie Kirk had the fun idea of bloggers posting about their height. Through our blogs we  form wonderful friendships with people that we more than likely will never see in real life. Most I get a general idea of their height from photos with others. It is very obvious that Sian is petite, all you have to do is see pics of her with the family. If  TTO (the tall one) and TNSSO (the not so small one) are not indeed tall, well, then Sian is extremely small!  Now Abi, I had always pictured as being maybe 5'6". The Boy is tall and her brothers are tall but maybe not as tall as I thought because Abi is a little thing! From the looks of the Height of Summer posts so far I am  a tall blogger, not the tallest but tall. I am 5'8"

  6. Thank you for a lovely post - and great photos. I love your introduction and how some of the heights revealed have surprised you!

Thanks so much for sharing - coincidentally 3 of the most recents comments I've received were from 5'8-ers. Maybe you all got together and decided on one last push!

You were already on my chart - and now your post is pinned too: http://pinterest.com/notesonpaper/the-height-of-summer-2012/

I'll be blogging the finished thing later today.

    Julie :-)

  7. This is a great post and a fun idea. I'm right with you on the height - I'm 5'9" and I'm short in my family. My brother is 6'91/2" and I have a niece that is 6" so you can see why I'm considered short.

  8. Ha! This put a smile on my face this morning :) TTO is very nearly 6'4" - officially this year the tallest guy in school. He fitted on his dad's hand when he was born..

    Great post!
