Not so much :(
Maybe I needed to roast them even longer. They weren't crunchy enough that night but the next day they weren't crunchy at all. I am happy with the shot I got :)

    Kudos for trying something new inspired by pinterest! These do look good, but of course looks can be deceiving at times (reminds me of that beautiful asparagus quiche I made once - beautiful, but UGH!)
