BACONFEST II



A highly successful BACONFEST II took place on Cayuga Place. BACONFEST was created in 2008 by porcine connoisseurs Ashley Smith and Christopher Edwards. The number in attendance tripled in 2009 and already others are angling for invitations to the exclusive annual event in 2010. Other bacon chefs besides Smith and Edwards were Ali Scott, Nicholas Edwards, Stephen Edwards and this blogger.
